🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo based on business workflows.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams for complex customizations.
- Manage multiple projects with efficiency and ownership.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Odoo implementation (Community or Enterprise).
- Deep understanding of business processes in SMEs across various sectors.
- Strong experience in at least 4 core Odoo modules.
- Ability to gather requirements, write functional documents, and present solutions.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience with Odoo.sh or self-hosted deployments is a bonus.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
