1. Service Scope
Dynamic Solutions provides ERP implementation services using the Odoo platform, AI automation solutions, and digital transformation consulting for businesses in Kuwait and the GCC region. All services are governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Engagement Terms
Use of this website does not constitute a service engagement. All professional services require a signed Statement of Work (SOW) detailing scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Dynamic Solutions or its licensors and is protected under Kuwaiti intellectual property laws.
4. Odoo Licensing
Odoo is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A. Dynamic Solutions is a Certified Odoo Partner. Odoo licensing fees are separate from our implementation services and are billed directly by Odoo S.A. or through our partnership agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dynamic Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Service-related liability is defined in individual service agreements and is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client business data, processes, and information shared during engagements, in accordance with our service agreements and Kuwaiti commercial law.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, with the competent courts of Kuwait having exclusive jurisdiction, as per Kuwait Electronic Transactions Law No. 20 of 2014.
